With over 12 years of hands-on experience in fire safety training and a strong background in the care industry, Lee Bridges founded Island Fire Care Solutions with one mission in mind: to make fire safety personal, practical, and accessible for everyone on the island of Jersey.
Lee's journey began in the fire safety sector, where he quickly discovered a passion not only for prevention and protection, but also for education. Over the years, he has delivered expert training to a wide range of audiences –care home staff and healthcare workers, businesses and community organisations. His deep understanding of both the regulatory side of fire safety and the realities of working environments allows him to connect with clients in a meaningful, down-to-earth way.
Having worked within the care industry, Lee brings a compassionate, person-centred approach to every session. He knows the importance of clear communication, patience, and tailoring training to suit different needs – particularly in settings where vulnerable people are involved. This sensitivity and experience ensure that every client receives training that is not just compliant, but truly effective.

At Island Fire Care Solutions, we believe that the people behind the service are just as important as the training we deliver. That is why we are proud to introduce Simba Kashiri, whose wealth of experience and passion for education are now helping to shape the future of our company.
Simba brings over 20 years of experience in the health-related industry, where he built a strong foundation in care, safety, and wellbeing – all values that align perfectly with our mission. Over the years, he worked across a range of roles that required not only deep professional knowledge but also a strong sense of responsibility, empathy, and leadership.
After two decades in health, Simba took his expertise into the world of academia, where he works today. With nearly 10 years of experience working on the island, he understands the community, its unique needs, and the importance of locally focused services.
Now, Simba is bringing his diverse experience and leadership skills to Island Fire Care Solutions, where he plays a key role in the management and strategic direction of the company. While Lee Bridges continues to lead on the fire safety training delivery side, Simba provides essential background support, ensuring smooth operations, sustainable growth, and the highest standards of service.
